Customer Service Advisor

We currently have a new and exciting role at our Pineham site in Swan Valley.

Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate is to have experience in a customer service background. All industries will be considered but knowledge in logistics or operations would be an advantage.

·A good understanding of MS excel is essential with other MS office programs

·Strong attention to detail and an ability to problem solve

·Experience working to and meeting targets

·Strong team working skills

·Strong written and oral communication skills

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

·Working with the Warehouse teams, Planning Manager, Inventory Manager and Client Managers to achieve the business set KPIs

·Send manifests to all site customers

·Order processing for all site customers

·Dealing with Transfer Requests & Stock Issues

·Dealing with Carrier Queries

·Export Paperwork

·Other general administrative duties that the management may reasonably request

·Assist Senior Ops Admins with Fresh Serve (customer support software)

·Transport Bookings

·Goods In / Goods Out Administration & telephone bookings

·Assist in resolving Customer Queries & Issues

·Production Administration including produce of labels, stock organisation

·Administration of Bonded Warehousing

·Any other appropriate duties
